Boulder City Fine Arts Festival, April 2006 - Boulder City, NV The BC Fine Art Festival was a great time this year. Montana and Ken unveiled their latest creation, "Phoenix Rising - Dragon Delighted". A curved frame and panel piece designed to stand on a curved glass pedestal creating a total height of 7 feet. This is meant to be viewed on both sides. This is the first of many architectural works Art by Montana Black will be producing and the reception at the show was fantastic!
